How do I filter results on a dashboard on mobile?
You can now apply filters directly on dashboards when using the platform on your mobile device. This allows you to tailor the view based on specific dates, locations, or other dimensions—helping you quickly access the most relevant data while in the field.
*🔍 Viewing and Managing Filters*
- Tap the *filter icon* in the dashboard navigation bar. This will show you: how many filters are currently active (e.g., “2”) and any default filters set by the dashboard creator.
- Tap the *“X”* in the top-right of the filter panel to close it and return to the dashboard.
*➕ Adding New Filters*
- Tap *“Add”* in the filter panel.
- Use the *dimension selector* to choose a category (e.g., District).
- Select one or more values using checkboxes.
- To add a *date filter*, use either: a quick option (e.g., “Last Month”) or choose a custom start and end date with the calendar picker.
- Use *“Select All”*, *“Deselect All”*, or toggle the *“NOT”* switch to exclude values.
- Tap *“Apply Filter”* to refresh the dashboard view with the new filters.
*✏️ Editing or Removing Filters*
- Tap on an existing filter to edit its values.
- Tap the *“X”* next to a filter to remove it.
- Use the *“Reset”* button to revert the filter back to its original settings.
💡 Important NOTE: filters applied on mobile only affect your current session—they don’t override default settings for other users.
