How do I invite a new user to the platform?

Access to the platform is by invitation only. Inviting a new user to the platform is done through the Admin App.


At the top right of the Admin App, you will see an input box where you can enter a user’s name and email. Once you have entered these two pieces of information you can click ‘Invite.’ This will send an email invitation to the user to register their account. Invited users will be prompted to register their account by providing information such as their name, email and account password.


Remind the user to look for the invite in their spam folder in case they do not receive it in their primary mailbox.


Remember to assign the user a role and/or group for them to have access to platform tools and data.
