How do I share a dashboard with users on a shared email thread?

By default, when you email a dashboard as an attachment, each recipient receives a separate email with separate attachments which respect each user’s access rights to dashboards and data sources.

If you, however, for the purpose of closer collaboration, want to include all recipients on the same email, then tick the ‘Include all recipients on a single thread’ box. Note that, since a single PDF or image will be attached to a common email, all users will see the dashboard as you would see it regardless of dashboard and data access restrictions.
