I cannot drag or move my chart on a dashboard. Why?

This happens when the ‘Lock position’ button is on. Click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the chart and a menu appears.

Click on ‘Unlock position’ at the bottom of the menu to unlock the chart.

You should now be able to drag and move your chart.
