What is the notification feed?

The notification feed, found on the right side of the Homepage, shows the user relevant updates about the platform since they last logged in. The feed exists to enable you to stay on top of all the things happening in the platform.

The feed is split into two types of updates across two tabs:

• “Yours”: the set of updates directly related to you and the resources you own or have access to on the platform such as dashboards.
• “Platform”: the set of updates related to platform resources such as new integrations and indicators.

Today, we trigger notifications in the feed if the following happen:

• You are given access to a new dashboard;
• A dashboard you own or have access to gets updated with new data (tip: click “See dashboards” in the notification to see the full list of dashboards that were updated);
• A user shares a query with you;
• New indicators have been integrated into the platform

Note that you are able to search for notifications in each tab by entering a search term in the search bar. For example, you can search for an old notification or search for a dashboard that may have gotten updated.
