  • What is the Homepage?
    The Homepage is a personalized ‘landing’ page you see when you log into the platform. It is intended to provide you with an overview and easy access to the different parts of the platform you regularly work with. From the Homepage, you can easily access official dashboards and other dashboards you or your colleagues have created. For each dashboard, key information such as date of creation, your last date of visit, and number of views is displayed. From the Homepage, you can access the ‘AnalyzFew readers
  • What are the buttons at the top of the Homepage?
    At the top of the Homepage you will find a blue ribbon with a number of buttons. These are: Home button: is located on the very left of the ribbon. if you are on any page or dashboard and wish to come back to Homepage click this button. Analyze button: will open the query tab where you can analyze and create visualizations. More details on the analyze button are provided in the Query and Insights chapter.   • What are official dashboards?
    Official dashboards convey analytics that are relevant to all users across your organization. Official dashboards are, therefore, accessible to all users within your organization and will show at the top of the Homepage.   • What is the notification feed?
    The notification feed, found on the right side of the Homepage, shows the user relevant updates about the platform since they last logged in. The feed exists to enable you to stay on top of all the things happening in the platform. The feed is split into two types of updates across two tabs: “Yours”: the set of updates directly related to you and the resources you own or have access to on the platform such as dashboards. “Platform”: the set of updates related to platform resources such asFew readers
  • How can I search for dashboards on the Homepage?
    The search box at the right hand side of the Homepage allows you to search for and find dashboards you have access to using keywords. If you can’t find a dashboard, it will be because you do not have access to it, in which case you have to contact the owner (creator). The down and upward arrows next to the column titles in the ‘My Dashboards’ and ‘Other Dashboards’ lists allow you to order your dashboards in different ways.   • What is the difference between ‘My Dashboards’ and ‘Other Dashboards’?
    ‘My Dashboards’ is a list of dashboards you created yourself. You own and manage these. ‘Other Dashboards’ are those created by other users and which you have been given read or write access to.Few readers
  • How do I mark my dashboards as favorite?
    Dashboards marked as favorite will show at the top of the ‘My Dashboards’ or ‘Other Dashboards’ list and will have a star in the ‘Favorite’ column highlighted. To mark a dashboard as your favorite: Go to the Homepage and find the dashboard of your interest on the ‘My Dashboards’ or ‘Other Dashboards' list. Click on the ‘Favorite’ star next to the dashboard.
