How to hide the chat on mobile?

Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox on mobile devices. Because, of course we do!


Here is how to proceed:

  • Go to your Crisp dashboard
  • Head over to the Settings from the bottom-left icon
  • Navigate to Settings > Chatbox Settings > Chatbox Behaviour
  • Enable Hide chatbox on mobile devices


Mobile users hate that one simple trick


When the chatbox is disabled from mobiles, using our Javascript SDK to force-display it will not be possible. This setting takes precedence.
