How can I change my Helpdesk Favicon?

Your Helpdesk Favicon can be seen in browser tabs, as the tiny icons with the logo of your website. It is possible to change it.

Your Crisp Helpdesk Favicon is the same as your Crisp website icon. If you need to change the Helpdesk Favicon, you need to change the icon (or logo) of your Crisp website.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to your Crisp dashboard
2. In the sidebar, click on the Settings icon
3. In the Settings, select Websites, and then pick your website
4. In your Website, click on Website information
5. Now, in Website icon, upload the new icon to be used as Favicon and website logo
6. The website settings will be saved, and the Helpdesk Favicon will be updated on your Helpdesk
