How can I change the chatbox background?

Crisp allows you to choose your chatbox background.

You can force the chatbox background in your website settings

Here's how to proceed:

Go to your website settings: click on the "Settings" icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list
Select Chatbox & Email settings
Go to chatbox appearance
Select your message in "Chatbox Background"
Your background is auto-saved
