How can I protect my Helpdesk using a password?

This article will help you to protect your Helpdesk with a custom password.

To protect your Helpdesk and content behind a password, you'll have to enable the option in the Crisp Dashboard:

Settings > Helpdesk > Custom my Helpdesk > Restrict Access to Helpdesk

You may want to see what your user will see on your Helpdesk
