Crisp allows to add other operators to your inbox. New operators can be invited to your inbox by providing their e-mail address. Here is how you should proceed

Invite customer support reps to my inbox

1. Go to your Crisp settings, then click on "Website Settings" and select "settings" related to the inbox you're in
2. Select "Operators in the Team"
3. Click on "Add an operator"
4. Fill the operator e-mail and role.
5. Click on "Invite Operator"
6. Confirm the invitation by filling in your password (this is a security issue) so we can confirm that you're not being scammed.
7. The operator will receive an invitation by e-mail
