Adding a credit card is mandatory if you're willing to subscribe to one of our paid plan at Crisp. This article will show you how to add a credit card to your account so you don't get lost on the way.

Here's how to proceed:

• Login to app.crisp.chat
• Go to your settings and click on "Card & Invoices"
• Click on "add new payment method"
• Click on "Add a credit card"
• Fulfill the required information

Step 1: Access your inbox settings

Step 2: Click on "Add new payment method" and "Add a credit card"

Step 3: Fulfill the required information

And Voilà! you've added a credit card to your Crisp inbox. 🎉

Don't forget to link your payment method to your inbox to subscribe the right account to the right credit card for example.
