How to block the chat for specific IPs

Crisp allows you to block the chatbox for some IPs.

You can block the chat for specific IPs

Go to your website settings: click on the "Settings" icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list
Select Chatbox & Email settings
Go to chatbox restrictions
Click on "Hide chatbox from IPs"
Fill your IP
Your chatbox will now be hidden for this IP

We accept both IPv4 and IPv6 and CIDR notation

44.192.61.10 will hide the chatbox only for this IPv4
2607:f0d0:1002:51::4 will hide the chatbox only for this IPv6
44.192.61.10/24 will hide the chatbox only for all IPs from 44.192.61.1 to 44.192.61.1254
