How to hide the chat on mobile?

Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox on mobile devices.

You can block the chatbox on mobile devices

Go to your website settings: click on the "Settings" icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list
Select Chatbox & Email settings
Go to chatbox behavior
Enable "Hide the chatbox on mobile devices"
Your chatbox will now be hidden on mobile devices
