How to hide the chat on specific countries

Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox for some countries.

You can hide the chat for some countries

Go to your website settings: click on the "Settings" icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list
Select Chatbox & Email settings
Go to chatbox restrictions
Click on "Hide chatbox from countries"
Your chatbox will now be hidden on this page

The chat will be blocked then for those countries
