App Not Showing Prices On Product Page
Steps to Display Dual Price
- Inspect Product Page:
- Go to your live store's product page.
- Right-click on the price element and select "Inspect" to open the browser's developer tools.
- Identify Price Element:
- Look for the class of the price element's parent. Common classes are
span.price-item.price-item-- regular.
- Update App Settings:
- Go to your app's settings page.
- Paste the class name you identified in the previous step in "Prices are not displaying on product detail page? banner.
- Alternative Method:
- If the price still doesn't display correctly, try using the class name of the price element’s grandparent. Common classes are
div.price__regular.
- Update the app's settings with this new class name.
- Raise a Support Ticket:
- If the issue persists after trying the above steps, please raise a support ticket.
