Why are there missing group by values in my results?

During the data integration process, the platform matches new data sources to a source of truth representing the country’s administrative hierarchy.

This is often called the Master Facility List (“MFL”). During this process, all geographical entities (Facility, Municipality, State etc.) from the source data is matched to this internal MFL -- which enables triangulation across a diverse number of data sources in the platform in a consistent way.

When a certain geographical entity in the source data has not been successfully matched to the MFL, it will be surfaced as an empty group by value in your query results. When this happens, you should share this result with the data source’s Data Manager in order to resolve the matching issue.

To remove the empty value, you can click on the ‘Group by’ tag in the query form and deselect the “Include empty rows” checkbox
