  • What is Alert?
    An alert is a query that is constructed around a threshold of interest to you and your team. When these thresholds are crossed in the data, an alert is automatically triggered in the platform. Instead of looking retrospectively looking for how many cases of a certain disease were reported in a certain area, you can set up an alert that will proactively trigger an automated notification when a certain number of cases are reported in a given area.
